The Midlands Engine Partnership has announced its involvement with The UK’s Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF), set to take place between 20-22 May 2025, in Leeds.
Hosting a dedicated Pavilion, the Midlands Engine will present more than £50bn of real estate propositions and the collective investment opportunities of 17 universities as part of the Invest in UK R&D campaign. Further opportunities to showcase the region’s investment potential to investors will include the Midlands Investment Reception on the Tuesday evening and a packed programme of talks and showcases in the Pavilion on key topics like social value and innovation ecosystems.

UKREiiF is supported by some of the biggest UK property and infrastructure companies, the fourth annual event will be held in Leeds on 20-22 May 2025. The forum will attract inward investment, generate economic growth, and drive a more sustainable and inclusive culture within the property and construction industries.
